Cali’s Income & Expenses - $400/month in rent - Receives $18,000/year after taxes - Receives $200/month for babysitting - College is $1750 / each semester ( $300 per month ) -Has $1,000 in savings - $225/month-car insurance - $80/ month for pet bills Possible ?- move out and find a roommate Possible ?- laptop for school. • Current monthly food costs: $150 • Current monthly entertainment costs: $75

  4. Cali was hoping to be able to purchase a laptop for school , as well as moving out and finding a roomate. Is this an option for Cali ? Left-Over money per month : $470.00 New Laptop Cost : $90 / per month + $60 / per month for internet access New Apartment : 600/ month + $120/month for water and electric New Added Cost’s = $870. / month

  5. Cali’s New Cost’s & Income With Cali making some extra money from baby-sitting , plus her splitting rent with a roommate , She Will have enough money by the end of the year to not only move out of her grandmothers into a new apartment , but also purchase and pay-off a new laptop.
