  5. Syllabus: Notes to Know! • Seminars: attendance, make up (during unit only!) • Discussion Boards: during unit only! • Projects: due dates, rubrics/grading criteria, make up policy • Schedule of work (by unit) • Mid-term grades (unit 1 – 5 work) • Kaplan’s Plagiarism policy

  6. YOUR MISSION: INTERN TASK • Your ultimate goal in this course is to complete the intern task. The first draft is due in Unit 7, and the last draft is due in Unit 9. • We’ll talk more about narrowing your focus later in the term, but let’s do some initial exploring of each right now: • Gender Issues in Criminal Justice • Terrorism and Border Control • Criminal Justice and Technology
