This initiative aims to foster increased participation of enlisted personnel in AFCEA events through various activities. Key efforts include supporting member luncheons, Young AFCEANs (YAC), and other local initiatives. We will incentivize current members to introduce new enlisted personnel by providing giveaways. Our objective is to retain over 90% of current chapter members and recognize their contributions, promoting a sense of community. Focused recruitment strategies will target young professionals and enlisted members to strengthen our membership base.
