Vocational Education Programs • Certificates and diplomas which have a job-outcome focus • Skills-based education to ensure graduates are work-ready and are qualified for entry level jobs as all programs have work-based elements. • Swinburne students get good jobs as their qualification is well recognised by employers. • Teachers are working or have worked in industry. • Students use technology, tools and equipment consistent with their future workplace. • VET Fee-HELP available to eligible students. • Opportunities to pathway to university if a student decides to continue study rather than get a job.

  5. Pathways • Success story ‘I transferred into my degree after two years studying a diploma in digital media. As a result, I felt like I had an advantage in the practical sense. The Industry-Based Learning program really attracted me to the course and I’ve been able to gain further industry experience through my placement. I have now found full-time work at a Digital Consultancy.’DanieleDiploma of Digital Media TechnologiesBachelor of Arts
