Scope • Welcoming by Chairperson • Composition of the Board • Feedback from the Developer      • Overview of the current Status Quo of the Estate with regard to Building Activity, Plans approved, Construction, etc • Challenges that are facing the Residential Community Industry and Serengeti specific: • Conservation area and open spaces • Sport Park • Lifestyle (e.g. Quad Bikes, Golf Cart, Speeding, SPCA inspection, “Boertjies vs. Souties” • Non compliance with Estate Rules and Regulations • Municipal property Rates Act • Review of Building Penalties • General Questions

  3. Welcoming by Chairperson • Purpose is to provide the owners with information and receive feedback on the management of the estate • Refrain from raising individual and personalised issues. You are invited to address those to the Board or Chairman if so prefer • We would like to finish by 21:00, and may have to cut some discussion short

Composition of the Board • Purpose of the Board • The board of directors is charged with the ultimate responsibility and authority for operating the community association on behalf of its owners • It is important to stress that there are clear legal and operational difference between this Board, the Developer, SADV, the Golf Club and Curro Serengeti Academy
