  3. Election Timeline 3rd / 4th Sept: Submit nomination form 7th Sept: Briefing for successful nominees 8th Sept: Photoshoot 10th – 16th Sept:Your campaign! 17th – 20th Sept: Voting period 21st – 23rd Sept: Voting results

  4. Nomination Day • Download nomination form from our website/Facebookpage/emailer • Print out hardcopy • Submit hardcopy on: 3rd or 4th Sept (Mon/Tues), 7pm – 9pmSOE/SOSS SR 3-10 • Come down with Proposer and Seconder • Take photo • Bring refundable deposit of $30

  5. Post Nomination • Successful nominees will be notified by 6th Sept (Thursday) • Campaign briefing on 7th Sept (Friday) • Photoshoot on 8th Sept (Saturday)

  6. Campaigning Period • 10th – 16th September (Week 4) • Official website and Facebook page • More info will given during Campaign Briefing

  7. Voting • 17th – 20th September (Week 5) • Conducted via an electronic voting system

  8. Results • 21st – 23rd September (Week 5) • Internal Elections to be held on 21st October
