Cohasset High School at a Glance • 19 acre campus • 12:1 student to faculty ratio; typical class size ranges from 18 to 26 students • Program of Study includes: 77 courses, 10 Advanced Placement (AP) courses, Virtual High School courses • 7 computer labs with a total of 157 computers; all classrooms have computers and Internet access; ratio of students to computers is 1.92:1 • 90% of the faculty hold masters degrees or higher; 100%  are “highly qualified” • Accredited by the New England Association of Schools & Colleges

Cohasset High School at a Glance • 364 student enrollment • 93% of students go on to further their education; 57% attend most to very competitive colleges (Barron’s rating) • Over $900K awarded in merit awards in 2009 • Mean SAT scores: 1664 Total • 547 Verbal (nation 502); • 561Math, (nation 515);  • 556 Writing (nation 494) • 100% pass rate on MCAS tests; • 2009 MCAS scores: • ELA 56% Advanced, 42% Proficient • Math 73% Advanced, 24% Proficient • 60% of Class of 2009 participated in AP coursework • 80% of students taking AP exam scored 3 or higher
