  2. niconicoChokaigi 2020 overview “niconicoChokaigi 2020” will hold jointly with ”Tokaigi: Game Party Japan 2020” × “Chokaigi” focuses on experience and sharing Japanese internet cultures, motivation of visitors are performers and experience booth. “Tokaigi” focuses on video games, visitors are mainly male and video game players. Not to mention, the internet and video games have a high affinity.   4. What is niconicoChokaigi? One of the largest subculture event in Japan: “Festival of Japanese internet cultures”. Chokaigi offers you a chance to experience a variety of popular niconico content (ex: Sang it, Danced it, Anime, Games, Cooking, etc.) live and in person. This event serves as a platform for Japanese subculture; you will find people of all backgrounds - stretching from politics to entertainment to science and technology - coming together to laugh, sing, dance, and simply have fun! It has became a great success thanks to the support we received from Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC), Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF), Ministry of Defense (MOD), Agency for Cultural Affairs, Chiba Prefecture, Chiba City Japan Net Creators Association (JNCA). The continuation of Chokabuki was broadcasted on NTT, we also had a booth filled with cars by Suzuki Automobile Corporation during "Sang it" stage and many other amazing attractions! We will contact you if there are no problems with the application. ※ Please note that the original copy must be delivered before deadline. ※Important points about the application We will read your application carefully and decide whether we are interested in your offer. Please note that your application may be declined. ■1st application benefits：You will be first to choose your booth’s location. 【Booth assignment】 Please check the rules below on booth assignment.   23. Attention Points Please apply after reading the regulations. Please feel free to ask any questions. ◆About Booths ・The price for booth does not include any decorations, electrical construction costs etc. It is a price for the space only. ・The booth size is 3m x 3m. ・Such places as stock, resting room, toilet are shared by all Exhibitors. (In case you would like a private room, there is an option of paid conference space). ・Selling, distribution, display and any other actions must be inside the booth space. Make sure to leave the corridor space open. ・Live Broadcasts are possible with more than 27m² space, but please note that stage raising and any other floor changes are prohibited if the space is smaller than 54m². ・Please contact us if you wish for a joint booth. ◆About Volume Limits ・The sound exposure limit at the booths is 80dB. Please be careful with acoustic musical instruments. ・Please make sure to put the speakers within your booth space. ・Be careful not to break the rules or we can make a decision to cancel your event. ◆About Electric capacity・Construction expense ・The management will take care of water supply and drainage, electricity supply installation etc. ・Electricity construction costs: 1.0kw or less – 10,000 yen (without tax), 1.01kw-1.0kw each – 10,000 yen (without tax). ・Electricity usage cost is 2,000 yen (without tax) /1.0kw. Price may change. ◆About Payment ・Payment deadline for booth space is May. Please note that we may ask for the advance payment. ・Payment deadline for all facilities is June. ・Payment can only be made through bank transfer. ◆Cancellation Fee ・If you decide to cancel your booth space, please be sure to read the rules below. We will ask you to pay the cancellation fee within 30 days. Cancellation fee: If applied before 31st January : 50% of booth price／　after 1st February 2019: 100% of booth price 22
