Magazine as “advertisement” of young unemployed people: • - Visually appealing presentation of young unemployed people • - Presenting his/her education and skills • - Presentation of his/her ideas and visions for future • - Contact information of each presented person
Magazine as an incubator • - Co-working with major companies; introducing young skilled and educated people to them • - Working with young people; give them information about skills, which are needed to succeed in finding job • Searching for those companies which are prepared to invest in development of one’s idea or vision • Searching for those companies which are prepared to educate people (through internship)
Magazine as opportunity and starting point: • Helping young unemployed people to take initiative and start actively creating their career • Since condition that presentation gets published is clear vision of each person, magazine helps young people to format ideas and visions in advance; • Magazine helps young people to get to know the ones with similar ideas, so they can work on some project together
Transparent and socially responsible media: • Magazine monitors person also after the employment, if necessary • Magazine reports about employment and injustice, it this occurs to somebody presented in magazine • Due to its visibility creates pressure for politicians and businessman to improve employment regulations
