  12. MORE ON WEIGHT GAIN • TEENNAGERS SHOULD GAIN HIGHER AMOUNT OF BMI--IE --A TEENAGER WITH BMI OF 22 SHOULD GAIN 16KG. OR 35.2 LBS.
