How vTools.Meetings integrates with myIEEE Navigate to http://www.ieee.org/portal/myieee/index.html vTools.Meetings provides a feed of meetings created in the tool by volunteers, to myIEEE. The list of meeting notices is available from the Community Desktop.
How vTools.Meetings integrates with myIEEE As you can see, the page contains a table with a list of meeting notice summaries. Each meeting notice summary contains meeting title and date. The meeting title is linked to a page with detailed information about the meeting. This vastly expands the audience for your meetings and allows any IEEE member to learn about your events. vTools Meeting users have reported cases to us where members from a different section or even a different region have participated in their meetings after seeing them advertised on Community Desktop. Let’s select the meeting notice we just saw again.
How vTools.Meetings integrates with myIEEE Now, we see the upcoming meetings for our corresponding section(s). To view the meeting details, simply click on the meeting title.
