  4. The Annoying Schedule • Start of the six weeks: -Week one: raisin, pineapple, cranberry, lemon, peach… -Week two: tomato, carrot, mushroom, onion, pumpkin… -And it goes on… -luckily, co-author helps with 100’s of different recipes.

  5. An Example Day: Spinach • Taken from WebMD * Breakfast Spinach and feta breakfast omelet with whole-grain toast * Snack Crackers and spinach-yogurt dip, or baby carrots * Lunch Spinach and turkey salad * Dinner Pasta with spinach marinara sauce Side green salad Mixed berries (with spinach)
