  5. Loyalist or patriot • Molly pitcher was a patriot that helped the Americans win the battle against the British and the British King

  6. Survival of the war • Molly Pitcher did survive the war and returned to Carlisle, Pennsylvania & remarried. After her 3rd husband’s death she was voted Annuity for her services

  7. My opinion • My opinion on Molly Pitcher is that she was a very brave woman. I think this because she took it upon her self to fight in the war for her country, risking her life and her future.

  8. Additional facts • Molly Pitcher was known as a “Folk Hero” • She was the daughter of a New Jersey dairy farmer

  9. Most interesting • The most interesting fact about Molly Pitcher to me was that when she was 13 years old she worked as a domestic servant & married William Hays who was a Barber. Also every man that she married had the last name Hays. • !!!Thank You!!!
