The Aerospace Transition Center (ATC) Created May 2010 Specifically designed to assist the highly skilled workers transitioning from the NASA-JSC Counseling, résumé writing, job fairs 5,000 laid-off workers utilized the ATC 78% of those laid off found new jobs in the Houston region, mostly in the oil and gas, chemical and health care industries.
