After joining she immediately began to excel at track and formed a deep love for the sport as she continued to compete throughout elementary and middle school. After graduating high school, Wells enrolled in Hampton University. At Hampton she helped lead the school to 4 Indoor Championships, 4 Outdoor Championships and 2 Cross Country Champions. A multiple time MEAC Conference Champion, NCAA All American and Academic All American, Kellie was a star athlete for the Lady Pirates. QUICK FACT Darrell Wallace, Jr. born October 8, 1993 in Mobile, Alabama, also known as “Bubba Wallace”, is an American professional stock car racing driver. Signed as a development driver for Joe Gibbs Racing. Wallace currently competes in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, driving the No. 54 Toyota for Kyle Busch Motorsports. 5. Rev Racing Sponsors Some of the Sponsors such as Sunoco, Toyota and Good Year are long term sponsors who have always supported Nascar. These sponsors are coming with Rev Racing to give information about there product, what they do for Rev Racing, and give away little giveaways.

  6. Food Sponsor These 5 sponsors are going to be the food promoters we as a group are going to provide as giveaways and or food at the simulation drive in front of Scripts.

  7. Social Media • Instagram is a vital aspect in promoting Rev Racing for this generation and on Hampton Universities campus. Majority of Hampton students have a Instagram and follow the Hampton connect page’s so it would be easier to promote through the campus. • The second social media element that we’re using is twitter. Twitter is another top social network that is highly used in this generation and through campus. • The third promotional way were using to make this event the best yet on this campus is making flyers. We are using pretty much all the resources on campus to reach out to all the students.

  8. Three Keys to Success • We use Social Mediato promote to Nascar and Hampton students. • We show Nascar that the younger generation still cares and not only is age a Factor but so is color. • Hampton Is a mid-major HBCU that wants to shower bigger colleges that we’re involved as well. • Food, DJ Camo and Raffle giveaways are a major impact because when “ COLLEGE STUDENTS” hear free food and giveaways there will always be a crowd. • The bigger the crowd the more success for the event. • The students of the campus makes the events worth wild and exciting. • If they enjoy the experience and like what they see then word spreads witch brings more people. • More people equals a great feedback and a looking forward to the next year.

  9. Drive Off in Africa We came up with a Toyota “Drive Off” To keep the students engaged into Nascar instead of them only test driving the stimulations. Actually giving them the opportunity to be inside of the actual car would bring a whole another feel to it. This event would be held in the Africa parking lot because its more spacious and it gives the students another event to do after the pit crew combine in the convocation center parking lot.
