Post Test Survey: Assessing Coverage and Data Quality of the General Census

This survey aims to evaluate the accuracy and coverage of the General Census of Population and Housing by collecting data from randomly selected households and comparing it with census data. The survey was conducted in Egypt in 2006 (2010).

  1. Post test survey of the General Census of Population and Housing

Introduction: The survey defines post test of the census that the process of collecting data on the households located within the geographical areas that are randomly selected and matched this data with data from households located within these same areas, which have been collected through the General Census of Population to estimate the percentage of coverage (coverage) and evaluate the accuracy of the data (data quality ).
