Goals • Set up engineering computer labs • Set up printers • Install new software and hardware • Make sure that all computers work properly • Help with setting up e-mail accounts • Help with e-mail problems like: • E-mail can’t be received • Or e-mail can’t go through • Help students and answer their questions
