PROFILE • Established in 1968, First secondary Aluminium Extruder in India. • First in the entire Aluminium Industry in India to get ISO 9001 in 1993. • Largest Aluminium Extruder in India with installed capacity of 75,000 TPA. • Caters to 35% of market share in India. • Exported 7500 MT in 2008 - 2009. • Turnover per annum is 200 Million US Dollars.

  3. FACILITIES • Only Aluminium Extruder in India having 7 extrusion presses under one roof. • Fully integrated plant with Billet casting and Die manufacturing facility. • Widest range of 7000 profiles. • Only Company in India capable of producing Extrusions up to 450mm width.

ALLOYS MANUFACTURED • Electrical grade Aluminium conforming to E1E and E91E with high conductivity. • For aircraft industry, Produced Aluminium – Copper Alloy in 2014 and 2024 specification. • Corrosion resistant Aluminium – Manganese alloys in 3000 series for chemical industry. • Industrial alloys for high strength application in Aluminium – Magnesium alloy. • Aluminium – Magnesium – Silicon alloy for architectural use such as 6005, 6061, 6063, 6066, 6082, 6351 and 6262 with Lead and Bismuth.

FACILITIES IN FOUNDRY • 4 melting furnaces and 2 holding furnaces with two DC Casting machines capable of producing 300 tonnes per day of logs. • First to install Hot top casting facility from Loma, USA. • Computerized Spectrovac for analyzing liquid metal sample instantaneously. • Ecologically friendly Nitrogen degassing system used instead of harmful Chlorine gas. • Continuous TIBAL grain refining and ceramic foam filtration system. • Continuous online homogenizing process. • Ultrasonic testing of logs to detect cracks and porosity.

STATE OF ART THE TOOL SHOP • CAD-CAM, Design, Drawing and Manufacturing facility. • Latest CNC machines like Wire Cut, CNC Milling, and Spark Erosion Machines. • Imported heat resistant steels such as H-11, H-12 and H-13 in ESR quality. • Vacuum heat treatment facility with fully automatic programme from stress relieving to final tempering. • Surface treatment such as Nitriding, Degassing, etc. • Capacity to produce nearly 150 dies & toolings per month. Equipped with a Bank of nearly 25000 dies for 7000 profiles.

PACKING • Spiral wrapping with polythene film. • Individual Poly Sleeves packing machine. • Automatic weighing, bar coding and label generation. • Wooden crates, wooden boxes as per ISPM requirement. • Loading on Movable MS Trolleys for facilitating hassle free unloading at customers end. • Special packing as per customers requirement.

QUALITY ASSURANCE • Micro processor based Aluminium Extrusion presses with PLC. • Computerized spectrometer for metal analysis. • CAD-CAM facility for Die manufacturing. • Computerized Universal Testing Machine. • Profile measurement facility - ROMIDOT from Israel. • R&D Division recognized by Department of Scientific and Industrial Research, Government of India.

EXPORTS • Jindal profiles enjoy wide international acceptance and exported to over 26 countries such as USA, Europe, Middle East, etc. • Export department is fully equipped with modern communication facilities, skilled manpower and wide range of network. • Highly trained & experienced personnel for handling logistics. • Participated in International Trade Fair – Aluminium 2008 in Essen, Germany and International Conferences such as ET in USA right from1982. • Awarded Silver Shield as Star Performer of export for last 4 consecutive years by Government of India.

  12. Jindal Aluminium supports environmentally friendly processes and green initiatives. It has established 12.04 MW Wind Power Mill for meeting 100% of the companies energy requirements and exporting excess power. Earned carbon credit by adopting green processes. Replaced fossil fuel like diesel and furnace oil with producer gas made from Bio fuel. Established waste water treatment plant and recycling the water for agricultural purposes resulting in zero discharge. To encourage recycling, Jindal consumes nearly 20% of re-cycled high quality Aluminum extrusions. Tree Planting in excess of 15000 trees in the campus to establish a green cover. ECO-FRIENDLY POLICY

CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY • Jindal Naturecure Institute where drugless healing therapy using Naturopathy, Yoga and diet are practiced. • Jindal Rural Charitable Hospital and Jindal Charitable Hospital for meeting health needs of nearly 1000 patients per day • Three mobile medical vans visit 100 villages in a week providing medical facilities to 600 patients daily at their door step. • Jindal Public School with nearly 1400 children from neighboring villages • Jindal Pre-University College with nearly 400 girl students. • Jindal Degree College for Girls, In Computer Science and Commerce, • Mahila Arts and Crafts Charitable Institute for teaching the art of garment stitching, computer literacy, etc. for village destitutes. • Built Schools at our cost in 107 villages and handed over to Government. • 7000 scholarships awarded to students for pursuing education.
