  2. Making Reservations • Receptionist: Good morning. Welcome to The Grand Classical Hotel.Client: Hi, good morning. I'd like to make a reservation for the first weekend in Desember. Do you have anyvacancies? • Receptionist : Yes sir, we have several rooms available for that particular weekend. And what is the exact date of your arrival? • Client: The 5th. • Receptionist : How long will you be staying? • Client:I'll be staying for 3 nights. • Receptionist : How many people is the reservation for? • Client:There will be two of us. • Receptionist : And would you like a room with twin beds or a double bed? • Client: A single bed, please. • Receptionist : Great. And would you prefer to have a room with a view of the highland? • Client:If that type of room is available, I would love to have an highland view. What's the rate for the room? • Receptionist : Your room is nine hundred and fifty dollars per night. Now what name will the reservation be listed under? • Client:IQBAL CHANDRA NEGARA • Receptionist : Could you spell your first name for me, please? • Client: Sure. I-Q-B-A-L C-H-A-N-D-R-A • Receptionist : And is there a phone number where you can be contacted? • Client:Yes, my cell phone number is085714343995. • Receptionist : Great. Now I'll need your credit card information to reserve the room for you. What type of card is it? • Client:Visa. The number is 9876525787. • Receptionist : And what is the name of the cardholder? • Client:IQBAL CHANDRA. • Receptionist : Alright, Mr. Iqbal, your reservation has been made for the fifth of Desember for a room with a single bed and view of the highland. Check-in is at 1 o'clock. If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to call us. • Client:Great, thank you so much. • Receptionist : My pleasure. We'll see you in Desember, Mr. Iqbal.   3. Checking-In • Hotel:Good afternoon. Welcome to the Grand Classical Hotel. May I help you?Guest:I have a reservation for today. It's under the name of Iqbal.Hotel:Can you please spell that for me, sir?Guest:Sure. I-Q-B-A-LHotel:Yes, Mr. Iqbal, we've reserved a single room for you with a view of the highland for three nights. Is that correct?Gues:Yes, it is.Hotel:Excellent. We already have your credit card information on file. If you'll just sign the signature for receipt along the bottom, please.Guest:hmmm..okeee. Well, fine. I'm here on business anyway, so at least I'm staying on the company's dime.What's included in this cost anyway?Hotel:A full Continental buffet every morning, free airport shuttle service, and use of the hotel's safe are all included. Guest:So what's not included in the price?Hotel:Well, you will find a mini-bar in your room. Use of it will be charged to your account. To get to your room, take the elevator on the right up to the fifth floor. Turn right once you exit the elevator and your room will be on the left hand side.
