  4. 105.255 Security measures for access control • The facility owner or operator must establish, in the approved FSP, the frequency of application of any access controls, particularly if they are to be applied on a random or occasional basis. • 33 CFR 105.255(e)

  5. 105.115 Compliance Dates • Facility owners/operators wishing to designate only those portions of their facility that are directly connected to maritime transportation or are at risk of being involved in a Transportation Security Incident as their secure areas must do so by submitting an amendment in accordance with 105.415 by 25 July, 2007. • 33 CFR 105.115 (c)
