105.405 Format and content of the Facility Security Plan (FSP) • The FSP must describe in detail how the Facility Security Requirements (subpart B) will be met.

105.255 Security measures for access control • The facility owner or operator must establish, in the approved FSP, the frequency of application of any access controls, particularly if they are to be applied on a random or occasional basis. • 33 CFR 105.255(e)
