  11. Quality Programs • Quality programs are attuned to, aligned with and contribute to organizational objectives. • Quality programs contribute to organizational accountability. • Quality programs have consistency across the system.

  12. Relevant and Responsive • Meet the needs of the organization • Meet the needs of the county • Address real problems that people face • Anticipate emerging issues • Targeted priority programs are those that are important at both the county level and state level.

  13. Realistic • Answers the question, “Does the organization have the capacity, resources and expertise.” • Answers the question, “Is CE the dominant and best positioned player to address the problem.”

  14. Quality Programs • Quality programming is built on an informed and holistic framework that considers the desired outcomes and creates a model for achieving them.

  15. CEP ANR/CRD Reporting • CEP agents need to have a plan of work that reflects the CEP strategic plan and direction of our program. • CEP agents need to report on a limited number of measures of progress that support our strategic plan and provide accountability for our organization.
