Comparison of Ethidium Bromide Effects on tRNA Synthesis Over 24h and 48h Duration

This study examines the impact of Ethidium Bromide (EtBr) on the synthesis of tRNA over two time periods: 24 hours and 48 hours. Specifically, it focuses on tRNASer(UCN) and tRNALeu(UUR) variations. The results are quantified and analyzed through sequential measurements (1 to 12) indicating the difference in tRNA levels. Findings suggest significant variations in the presence of EtBr, underscoring its influence on tRNA synthesis dynamics.
