Beyond the Boardroom have developed specific team building activities at specific locations throughout Australia.  Mostly designed for specific conference centers, these programs are unique the location and cannot be duplicated in other places. These programs are great fun, challenging and showcase the region in which they are facilitated in.

  6. Mobile Gym, team building Australia

  7. We have access to a mobile gym and personal trainers - and we can come to your place of work and run a range of activities including corporate boxing.  What a great way to get rid of stress! We have personal trainer partners in every capital city - these are a great option to re-energise your team mid conference or to help them get rid of the remnants of the night before...

  8. McCracken and Country Club Challenges, South Australia Team Building from Adelaide

  9. Beyond the Boardroom has teamed up with 1834 Hotels (formerly known as Country Clubs) and developed custom designed team building activities on their properties in Clare Country Club in the Clare Valley, South Australia and McCracken Country Club at Victor Harbor (often mis-spelt as Harbour) in South Australia. The Country Club Challenges incorporate team challenges on a special course on the country club properties and utilize the amazing grounds on site.  The challenges include transportation in golf buggies, golf challenges and a range of other team building activities that are perfect for a 2-3 hour ice breaker.

Designed to bolt on to conference packages these are a great option to get the team out of the conference room for a fun activity that will re-energize and get the creative thinking process happening again. Challenges are based around the dysfunctions' of a team and include education on what makes a great team as well as the dysfunctional characteristics to look out for.

  11. These South Australian team building events are great fun, promote team work and collaborative thinking and are a scavenger hunt style activity. Beyond the Boardroom can also arrange a speaker and assist with the organisation of your conference should this be required. Country Club Challenges are also great when coupled with one of our workshops and the 2 activities can be tailored to cater to the outcomes required be each group.

  12. Kangaroo Island Eco Challenge, team building Kangaroo island

  13. Beyond the Boardroom has run numerous events on Kangaroo Island.  Not quite as extreme or cold as the picture above mind you! We have a range of activities including the team building Kangaroo Island event called the Kangaroo Island Eco Challenge. Starting at Remarkable Rocks, teams race along the south coast of Kangaroo island to Little Sahara, where they can finish with a sand boarding activity.

  14. Team members swim, run, cycle, kayak and more as they take this physical challenge on some of the most scenic coast line on the planet. Be warned - this is not for the faint hearted - this challenge is designed for elite sporting groups that train regularly and are used to endurance events. We have run this event for Port Power Football Club amongst others.

  17. Beyond the Boardroom have a great fun program that has a focus on team work and communication called Circus skills. Available in most capital cities, Circus skills are a great way to re-energise a group, boost morale, help to get a team focussed and more. Skills often learnt include juggling and team lifts. This is a fun morale booster for groups of all sizes.

  18. Adelaide Zoo team building event, South Australia

  19. Beyond the Boardroom and Zoo's SA have developed the Adelaide Zoo treasure hunt. The scavenger hunt style activity is for small and large groups, is suitable for all fitness levels and a great team building activity in Adelaide.

  20. Meet Wang Wang and Funi, Adelaide's Panda bears as well as see the other wildlife in this amazing and scenic setting. Hear the birds and lions as your team explores the Adelaide zoo in search of clues.  Undertake some low level physical challenges in the zoo grounds, before finishing off the event at one of the zoo's function centres for a drink or two and the presentation ceremony.
