  9. EUREKA IN MACEDONIA EUREKA member since June 2008 EUREKA Office Ministry of Education and Science Section of International Co-operation National Project Co-ordinator: Ms. JulijanaBalevska e-mail:jbalevska@mn.gov.mk Full Membership – can start a project with another full member

  10. What is EUREKA? A European programme in field of applied and industrial research and innovation activities Integral component of the European Research Area – Gateway for SMEs and industrial research Target group: mainly industry and particular attention to SMEs, but also research organisations and universities Financing of the projects: own + national public funding for Macedonian participants- not from Brussels !

  11. Market oriented The result of a EUREKA project must be a marketable - product, process or service EUREKA addresses applied industrial related projects, that end on the market - not fundamental research projects
