Raynham Market Place Executive Summary This property is three multi-tenant one-story structures having a total of 66,994 square feet of gross building area and 66,545 +/- square feet of rentable area.  The site has 8.64+/- acres and is located on Route 44 in the town of Raynham. There are 26 tenants under lease contracts with one tenant renting outside storage space as a tenant at will (TAW) and two vacant interior units. This property is located at 1470 Route 44, Raynham MA.  The assessor's identification is MAP 16, Lot 2-B.  The zoning for this property is BD, Business District. The quality and construction of the three buildings:  Left side retail building, wood frame.  Right side building constructed, concrete block.  Speedee oil change building, concrete block.
