Exploring Space, Place, and Territory in Latin American Art: Pueblito Paisa Initiative

This collective exhibition investigates contemporary issues of space, place, and territory in Latin American art. Centered around Pueblito Paisa, a market in Medellín, Colombia, and its counterpart in London, the project aims to challenge hegemonic perceptions of "local" and "foreign" art. Through interdisciplinary collaborations, it seeks to highlight diverse cultural narratives, critique institutional control, and examine the impact of diaspora and exile aesthetics. The project will include archival resources and encourage broader audience engagement in re-envisioning Latin American visual arts.
