After School Snack Program • Eligible Programs- To be eligible to qualify for reimbursement under the NSLP, an After School Snack Program must meet the following criteria. • The program must be operated by a school that is participating in the NSLP. • The purpose of these programs must be to provide care in after school settings. • Eligible programs must include education or enrichment activities in organized, structured, and supervised environments.

Summer Program • A seamless Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) is administered by TEA-CNP and is not structured like the traditional SPSP operated by the Texas Department of Human Services (TDHS).
