  3. It is based on a principle that the units are similar to shipping containers.

  4. The container sizes are defined in ISO Standards: • 2.4 m wide • 2.6 m high • 6 or 12 m long

  5. Container Becomes House… • The pipes for ventilation, sewage, water and heating/cooling and the wiring for power and data all come together. • Overall internal insulation (heat / cold, noise, fire resistance). • Sustainable use of materials.
