D2L K-12 Licensing through MnSCU Contract • Effective Dec 2012, leveraged competitive pricing for D2L for K-12 schools/districts under MNSCU’s D2L contract, via an Active User Licensing fee • No RFP required by K-12 districts or agencies • D2L provides platform hosting and support • Did this to provide an option for K-12 districts, schools, educators

  3. K-12/Higher Ed Partnership Opportunities • Seamless LMS experience for PSEO student or for graduating student entering a MnSCU school • Common training and sharing of D2L best practices and expertise among administrators, teachers and faculty within both systems • Cross-institution programs and curriculum partnerships, such as programs targeted to engineering and technical fields
