Cellular Association of E2Fs with p130 Mutants in CHO Cells

This study investigates the interaction between E2F transcription factors and wildtype (wt) and mutant p130 (C894F) in CHO cells. The indicated constructs were transfected into CHO cells, and cell extracts harvested two days later. Immunoprecipitation was performed using specific E2F antibodies, followed by western blot analysis with anti-HA and anti-E2F antibodies.
