  17. Upcoming Events • Alumni Night • Thursday November 21, 2013 • National Club in Toronto • Transportation to and from the event will be provided. • Opportunity to network with DeGroote alumni from various fields including accounting.

  18. Brock Accounting Conference • The DAA is allowed to send two teams to the BUAC. • Takes place on November 29th- December 1st 2013 • Provides networking opportunities, socials and a case competition.

  19. Brock Accounting Conference • We will send two teams (four members per team) • Two Senior teams (any year student with a maximum of two fourth year students) • $800 per team, however the DCS will subsidize a portion of the cost.

  20. Brock Accounting Conference • First prize is $1000 for the winning team and the winning school’s name engraved on the trophy that will reside at Brock. • Deadline to register with BUAC is Friday, October 25th. • DAA deadline to apply will be October 4th 2013.

  21. Brock Accounting Conference • You may apply as an individual or as a team. • Must submit your resume, transcript from MUGSI and a letter of interest.
