MUTUAL RECOGNITION ARRANGEMENTS: MRAs A proposed arrangement among ASEAN member countries designed to facilitate the freer movement and employment of qualified and certified personnel between ASEAN member countries. MRAs facilitate trade because they smooth the path in negotiation between nations. Each nation has is own standards, procedures and regulations 7 PROFESSIONS Medical Practitioners, Dental Practitioners, Nursing Services, Architectural Services, Surveying Qualifications, Accountancy Services and Engineering Services.

AYF 2012OBJECTIVES • To identify the challenges faced by ASEAN youth and further politicized the priority issues into the sub regional advocacy arena such as during APF/ACSC as well as within the ASEAN Summit • To create well functioning youth rights centered mechanism that enable us to follow up the previous addressed challenges and recommendations given to ASEAN Governments, ASEAN secretariat and Civil Society actors. • To adhere feasible advocacy platform mapping and strategy to advance the realization of youth rights in ASEAN.

AYF 2012 OBJECTIVES • To make meaningful youth participation in ASEAN and engage in decision making mechanisms toward building a people-centered ASEAN. • To strengthen the existing networking among ASEAN youth especially marginalized youth groups through networking and advocacy. • To build common platform among youth including women, labor, minorities and marginalized groups in ASEAN region.
