KDE CUSTOMIZATIONS OVERVIEW FOR FY 13 • 172 Customizations requests by KDE SCs in FY 13 • Most requests had to be handledby KDC (88  50%) • Followed by TCSD(CSSD) (65  37%) • Others (Janus, MSE, etc) were involved 5 times (3%) Requests handled by: Result of requests • 58% successful done already • 18% still worked on "Team KYOCERA" KDIS Partner Support Conference in NL 15/16 May 2013

CUSTOMIZATIONS -> VOICE OF CUSTOMER • In FY 13 some issues have been recorded multiple times • here some interesting examples: • Paper handling: Cassette switching and ignore paper size 7 requests • Fax server and international Fax number entries 4 requests • G-Arp implementation 3 requests • Alternative OS support (Linux, Citrix) 3 requests • Scan file size 2 requests • Scan to DFS 2 requests • Port blocking 3 requests • Print from custom box with preset of finishing options 2 requests • These 26 requests clearly mark limitations, weaknesses of our products • We asked / will ask KDC to implement as standard solution "Team KYOCERA" KDIS Partner Support Conference in NL 15/16 May 2013 5
