  1. The Discontinuation of Order Sets

In the orders tab, make sure you are in the “Requested by” display: • Right click on the order set icon • Click Discontinue/Cancel • All the orders appear checked and ready to be discontinued • Off check any orders that you may want to continue • If you want to discontinue the entire order set, check OK • Click submit, review the name of the patient and enter your password

  3. “Requested By” Display Format shows order set titles

  4. Right mouse click on the order set title to see the Discontinue/Cancel function All items within that order set will display for you to discontinue.
