  3. Spring Summer Children all day, playing ball Jumping all around Catching bugs at nightfall To bad summer isn't year round Quatrain Spring Cheerful, Lively Rainy, Blooming, Flowering It’s rainy and beautiful. Season Cinquain 2

  4. Autumn Winter Winter wind So very cold Ice covers the road I look out the window and see.. Icicles and white this can only be.. A blizzard so strong and mighty But afterwards it leaves…. A wonderful white wild winter WONDERLAND Free Verse Leaves falling to the ground All yellow orange red and brown Leaves crunching under feet Haiku 3

  5. Andy There once was a man named Andy Who was obsessed with this one piece of candy And then one day It went away So he kissed a monkey named Mandy Limerick 4

  6. The Old Pond TheMountain The mountain frames the sky As a shadow of an eagle flies by With clouds hanging at its edge A climber proves his courage on its rocky ledge Quatrain An old silent pond...A frog jumps into the pond,splash! Silence again. Haiku 5

  7. There was a young lady of Ryde Dove Dove Active, free Flying, sitting, crying A dove is free. Bird Cinquain There was a Young Lady of Ryde,Whose shoe-strings were seldom untied.She purchased some clogs,And some small spotted dogs,And frequently walked about Ryde Limerick 6

  8. Kittens The kittens stretch, like a stretchy headband!They go outside for some fresh air.A fox sees them and the kittens run back,Where it is safe.Their owner picks them upAnd lies them on herLap and they go to sleep.MEOW!! Free verse 7
