PREPARATIONS 1)Boil meat with pressure cooker. 2)In the meantime,take a new cooker add butter and flour . 3)Brown flour after add water and salt.Stir until boil. 4)Add meat and stir again.
Ingredients 2 cupsmilk 1 teaspoonsugar 2 caddyspoon salt 4 cupsflour 1tablespoon yeastpowder 2 coffee cup better 3 tablespoonsoliveoil
PREPARATIONS 1)Pour milk and yeast powder into bowl.After add sugar ,wait for fermentation. 2)After fermentation,knead dough. 3)After that,slice dough 15 piece.Make the format of each piece to filo pastry . 4)Spread flour on the filo pastry. 5)Bake kete for 45 minutes.

PREPARATIONS 1)Boil meat with pressure cooker. After meat is cooked,drain the meat. 2)Wash rice,melt butter in the pan,add rice,blend these,after add broth to rice.Stir that. 3)Spread meat on the rice.

Cig Köfte and Ayran Ayran Mix yoghurt,water and some salt for making ayran. Cig köfte Wash boiled and pounded wheat.Slice tomatoes,pepers,onions.Add boiled and pounded wheat.Knead that ,after add parsley.Again knead then prepare that for serve.
TurkishCoffeeandTurkishDelight Need sugar,Turkish coffee and water.Add Turkish coffee 1 caddyspoon,sugar 1 caddyspoon and water 1 coffee cup to pot(It is for 1 person).Cook it and pour coffee cup. According to Turkish tradition you must serve it with a glass of water and Turkish delight.
