Northrop Grant Timeline • Invitation from NMSI • EHS provided school demographics & AP statistics • NMSI Site Visit • Growth Scenario for 2011 – 2012: 48 MSE AP Exams passed in 2010 → 107 MSE AP Exams passed in 2012 • Students enrolled for 2011 – 2012 (PSAT & PLAN) 169 MSE in 2010/2011 → 260 MSE in 2011/2012 • May 2012: AP Exams → 90% goal to take exam • Repeat for 2012 – 2013 & 2013 – 2014

3-Year Projected Results • $250,000 - $300,000 invested at EHS in training, equipment, incentives • Significantly improved AP program, particularly in MSE • Meeting IMF goals, especially continuity between schools for military dependents • Increased involvement for all students • More students receiving AP credit = college credit • Highly trained & motivated faculty • Improved equipment • Enhanced public-private partnership
