  1. Blog 1 - Boozez.com Cocktails for the weight watcher More often than not we forget to take into account the number of calories our beverage contains. Alcohol is for fun and celebration, and sometimes we tend to over drink and load up on empty calories. Here are some cocktails that are super low on calories and totally guilt free. 1) Gin and Tonic: Tonic water is not calorie dense. Hence, the classic Gin and tonic is a safe choice in case you are watching your daily calorie intake. You can swap Gin with Vodka if you like that better. Most cocktail bars in Singapore have this on their menu so availability will never be an issue. Ask your server to add a dash of lemon or a slice of cucumber for added flavour. 2) Rum and Diet Coke:Diet coke doesn’t have calories so all you have to monitor is your intake of rum. However, beware and don’t drink too much of this cocktail. Cocktails that are made with diet sodas tend to make you drunk faster. 3) Champagne: Champagne has very less calories as compared to any other wine. Champagne and champagne related cocktails are an amazing pick when you’re watching calories. All Cocktail bars in Singapore have their signature cocktails made with different types of liquor. Ask your server to go easy on processed juices and sodas to keep your drink as light and healthy as possible. 4) Dry Martinis: Martinis are made of Gin and Vermouth. Order a dry martini for a low calorie drink. Dry martinis have higher amounts of Gin as compared to sweet martinis. You can add olives or pearl onions to your drink if you like. 5) Mojito: This minty drink is amazingly refreshing and low on calories. It is usually made of lemon juice, sugar, mint leaves and white rum. You can ask your server to not add sugar to your drink to further reduce its calorie count.
