Ownership Model… • To become an Owner, you must be purchasing at least $250K, create value for your customers beyond a warehouse, and be board approved • Build equity as you buy from US • Build equity in each business unit separately • As your equity increases you get a higher percent of your annual dividend in cash (30-100%) • $0-50k=30%, $50-250k=75%, over $250k=100% • 2010 we initiated an equity cap at $500,000/business unit • 2011 we lowered the cap to $250,000/business unit • All equity earned through 1998 has been revolved • Due to lower equity cap, revolvement has been dis-continued • There is a 10 year redemption/payout process for those who elect to dis-continue ownership
