  1. Embedding YouTube Video in Wikis WSI Nepean College Teaching & Learning Innovations Showcase 2009

  2. Step 1 Open your Web Browser & browse to YouTube then search for a video you would like to embed

  3. Step 2 Open a new browser window & browse to the Wikipage you want to embed the video on & click Edit this page

  4. Please Note The Editor Toolbar will now be displayed

  5. Step 3 Click on to Embed Widget

  6. Step 4 Select & Click

  7. Step 5 Select & Click

  8. Please Note Instructions will be displayed to assist you

  9. Step 6 Switch browser windows to locate the video on YouTube that you wish to embed

  10. Step 7 Click to customise the widget

  11. Please Note Widget size, colour, borders, related videos & privacy settings may all be customised at this stage

  12. Step 8 Copy the video embed code from YouTube

  13. Step 9 Switch browser windows & paste into the box on the widget & then click Preview or Save

  14. Step 10 Your embedded video can now be viewed on your Wikipage
