Team Dinners • FHS Commons on 8/26, 9/23 & 10/14 from 5:30-6:30 PM • Need parent volunteers to set up, supply food items & clean up • Booster Club supplies plates, napkins and utensils – players bring their own drink • Dates & Menu: • 8/26 – Booster Club to supply pizza and desserts • 9/23 – Soups, breadsticks and desserts • 10/14 – Tacos and desserts • Sign Up Genius posted on FHS Volleyball Home Page

  7. Theme Nights • Homecoming Week & Youth Night – 9/17 • FHS Band will be in attendance • Farmington Youth Vball players will be in attendance • Parent Night – 9/24 • Senior Night & Dig Pink – 10/15

  8. Home Game Concessions • 8/27, 9/5, 9/17 (Homecoming week), 9/24 & 10/15 • Need 2 shifts of 3 per shift each evening • If we are unable to fill all slots, we forfeit our share of concessions for the year • Sign Up Genius posted on FHS Volleyball Home Page

Fundraising Opportunities • Cub Foods Bagging – Sunday, 9/1/19 • Players bag groceries & Booster Club gets 100% of tips • Sign Up Genius posted on FHS Volleyball Home Page • Celts BINGO/Meat Raffle – Saturday, 10/5/19 • No volunteers needed but hope to see parents in attendance • Must be 18 years old to participate • Vball booster Club gets a % of profits from event

  10. Fundraising Opportunities cont. • Red Robin – Potentially Monday, 10/7/19 • Mention FHS Volleyball • Vball Booster Club gets 20% of sales • Chipotle (Rosemount) – Sunday, 10/13/19 • Mention FHS Volleyball from 4:00-8:00pm • Vball Booster Club gets 30% of sales if we meet a minimum of $300

FHS VARSITY INVITATINOAL TOURNAMENT • Hosted at FHS on Saturday, 9/14 • Biggest fundraiser of the season • Approximately 16 teams participate • All non-varsity players work tournament – assignment provided by coach • Varsity parents line judge • Need parent volunteers to work gate and concessions (25-30 parents) • Sign Up Genius link will be posted to Twitter, Facebook and TFC Volleyball home page

Booster Fee Volleyball Booster Fee Other Sport Booster Fees $200 + includes various apparel items chosen by coaches/booster clubs • $75.00 since began in 2016 • Includes t-shirt for player • Board chose to keep it lower, not include apparel but allow players to choose what to purchase via online store • Pay via PayPal (Credit Card) on FHS Volleyball Home Page • Check to Board Member
