Neutron Scattering Data on Cu2+ Ions and Soliton Behavior in NENP Local Environment

This study presents neutron scattering data from Monte Carlo simulations focused on the local environment of Cu2+ ions in a NENP system, particularly under the condition of S=1. We examine the alternation of Cu2+ ions along chains, incorporating both breather and soliton phenomena. A linear term is included in the fit to account for exchange anisotropy, providing insights into the intricate behavior of these ions in their respective environments. The findings will enhance the understanding of magnetic properties and soliton dynamics in correlated systems.
