Descriptions • photojournalist's job is to accurately and informatively make photographs of an event, person or issue • photojournalists work with 35mm, SLR cameras. High-end Nikons and Canons are the most popular. • They take pictures of a little bit of everything…
Education Needed • a degree in photography is essential but it sure helps as you will encounter a lot of technically challenging and stressfull situations in competitive environments. • called the newspaper and setup a portfolio meeting. Your portfolio should be perfect, it should have only just enough pictures showing your ability. • It is probably a good idea to have it edited by a pro first, you only get one chance really.
