  2. Rose Condo This is a picture of Rose condo. It’s a new condo that was built not a long ago near Diamond Island. Rose condo is actually integrated in Bassac garden city, a small neighbourhood with little mansions and houses. Rose Condo are a set of luxury apartments. The rent is very high and the quality of the stay is very satisfying. This picture show a positive and at the same time a h*negative aspect of Phnom penh’s Development.

  3. Old Market This is a picture of old buildings and apartments in front of the old market near Wat Phnom. This picture shows and negative aspect of Phnom Penh’s development. It’s is a old and poor part of town of phnom penh that is not well organized and not developed.
