Competency AssessmentSpecialty Training ARCP Outcomes • 1 Satisfactory progress • 2 Development of specific competencies required – additional training time not required • 3 Inadequate progress – additional training time required • 4 Released from Training • 5 Incomplete Evidence – additional evidence within 5 working days

  19. Competency Assessment ARCP review/appeals • Right to a review of Outcome 2 additional training • Trainee has right to submit additional evidence and to be interviewed for a second time • Timescales – 10 working days to submit review request • BMA support
