1. How BrainWorks Helps You Hire for Culture Fit For decades, the hiring process focused on listing a position, interviewing candidates, and hiring based on a combination of accumulated experience and how the interviewer felt about the candidate. BrainWorks, however, knows there’s a better way. Their recruitment processes are effective and widely sought after, especially as data science recruiters. They optimize the success of the hiring process by balancing your need for hard and soft skills. They’re pros at evaluating a candidate’s true aptitude with hard skills, like the right kind of experience and practical performance history. Their processes also account for and evaluate vital soft skills, such as emotional intelligence, work ethic and critical thinking, and the all-important culture fit. These soft skills are, in the long run, arguably more important than hard skills. Why Culture Fit Is Important It’s no understatement to label culture fit as “all-important.” That’s particularly true for executive C-suite recruiting. For instance, a candidate for VP of the Product Management may have the best education and the most impressive resume, but if they don’t have the right culture fit, they won’t be an effective hire. If they can’t inspire or effectively manage their team, or frequently clash with other employees, they might even do more harm than good. That’s exactly where the recruitment teams at BrainWorks, such as their product manager recruiters, can help.

2. How BrainWorks Can Help with Culture Identification Before any business can effectively hire for culture fit they need to identify what their company culture is. The Practice Leaders at BrainWorks can assist in assessing and articulating the company’s culture along with the executives. In addition to presenting a shortlist of STAR talent for your executive hiring, BrainWorks’ professionals can aid in the position description, the interview process, and the hiring process. They can help an employer outline and establish their company culture and weave it into every part of that process. How BrainWorks Can Help When Hiring for Culture For the most part, candidates assess the employer’s culture during the interview process. That makes the conveyance of those values during the hiring process, whether for CPG, finance, or data science and analytic recruiting, wholly critical. BrainWorks can help every one of their staffing partners refine and communicate the values and attributes they need in an executive hire, ensuring that the candidate and employer are on the same page. When a good candidate and a committed employer share the same values, priorities, and standards, a fruitful and successful relationship is virtually guaranteed. Forging those relationships for their staffing partners is what BrainWorks does best.
