Enhancing Physician Resource Planning for Geriatric Care and Quality Leadership

This initiative aims to create a more coherent environment for physician resource planning, focusing on increasing the supply of physicians in Geriatrics and the Care of the Elderly. We will strive to ensure an optimal mix of Canadian Medical Graduates (CMGs), International Medical Graduates (IMGs), and VISA residents. Additionally, this project seeks to provide leadership in advancing the quality agenda within the healthcare system, ultimately improving the care provided to our elderly population.
