  10. 1. PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL INTEGRITY THE MAINTENANCE OF BOTH HIGH MORAL STANDARD AND A SOUND REPUTATION PERSONAL INTEGRITY OBSERVANCE OF THE CONSTITUTION RULES AND, PARTICULARY THE CODE AS ADOPTED BY IPRA PROFESSIONAL INTEGRITY Ami Purnamawati

CONDUCT TOWARD CLIENTS AND EMPLOYERS • A MEMBER HAS A GENERAL DUTY OF FAIR DEALING TOWARD HIS CLIENTS OR EMPLOYERS, PAST AND PRESENT. • A MEMBER SHALL SAFEGUARD THE CONFIDENCES OF BOTH PRESENT AND FORMER CLIENTS OR EMPLOYERS • A MEMBER SHALL NOT EMPLOY METHODS TENDING TO BE DEROGATORY OF ANOTHER MEMBER’S CLIENTS OR EMPLOYER. • IN PERFORMING SERVICE FOR A CLIENT OR EMPLOYE A MEMBER SHALL NOT ACCEPTS FEES, COMMISION OR ANY OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION IN CONNECTION WITH THOSE SERVICES FROM ANYONE OTHER THAT HIS CLIENT OR EMPLOYERS WITHOUT THE EXPRESS CONSENT OF HIS CLIENT OR EMPLOYES, GIVEN AFTER A FULL DISCLOSURE OF THE FACT • A MEMBER SHALL NOT PROPOSE TO A PROSPECTIVE CLIENT OR EMPLOYER THAT HIS FEE OR OTHER COMPENSATION BE CONTINGENT ON THE ACHIEVEMENT OF CERTAIN RESULTS; NOR SHALL HE ENTER INTO ANY FEE AGREEMENT TO THE SAME EFFECT. CONDUCT TOWARD THE PUBLIC AND THE MEDIA • A MEMBER SHALL CONDUCT HIS PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES WITH RESPECT TO THE PUBLIC INTEREST AND FOR THE DIGNITY OF THE INDIVIDUAL • A MEMBER SHALL NOT ENGAGE IN PRACTICE WHICH TENDS TO CORRUPT THE INTEGRITY OF CHANNELS OF PUBLIC COMMUNICATION. • A MEMBER SHALL NOT INTENTIONALLY DISSEMINATE FALSE OR MISLEADING INFORMATION • A MEMBER SHALL AT ALL TIMES SEEK TO GIVE A FAITHFUL REPRESENTATION OF THE ORGANIZATION WHICH HE SERVES. • A MEMBER SHALL NOT CREATE ANNOUNCED CAUSE BUT ACTUALLY TO SERVE AN UNDISCLOSED SPECIAL OF PRIVATE INTEREST OF A MEMBER OR HIS CLIENT OR HIS EMPLOYER, NOR SHALL HE MAKE USE OF IT OR ANY SUCH EXISTING ORGANIZATION Ami Purnamawati

  13. 4. CONDUCT TOWARD COLLEAGUES • A MEMBER SHALL NOT INTENTIONALLY INJURE THE PROFESSIONAL REPUTATION OR PRACTICE OF ANOTHER MEMBER. HOWEVER IF A MEMBER HAS EVIDENCE THAT ANOTHER MEMBER HAS BEEN GUILTY OF UNETHICAL, ILEGAL OR UNFAIR PRACTICES, INCLUDING PRACTICES IN VIOLATION OF THIS CODE, HE SHOULD PRESENT THE INFORMATION TO THE COUNCIL OF IPRA • A MEMBER SHALL NOT SEEK TO SUPPLANT ANOTHER WITH HIS EMPLOYER OR CLIENT. • A MEMBER SHALL COOPERATE WITH FELLOW MEMBERS IN UPHOLDING AND ENFORCING THIS CODE. TUJUAN KODE ETIK PR MEMBERI ARAH PADA: BAGAIMANA SEORANG PR BERPERILAKUTERHADAP DIRI SENDIRI DAN TERHADAP ORANG LAIN, PUBLIK INTERNAL DAN EKSTERNAL TANGGUNG JAWAB TERHADAP TUGAS SEBAGAI PR YANG DINTEGRASIKAN DENGAN KODE ETIK ORGANISASI YANG TERKAIT DALAM MEMBERI PELAYANAN TERHADAP KELUHAN, IDE, KRITIK, USULAN, DAN KETERGANTUNGANNYA PADA ORRGANISASI DAN PADA LINGKUNGANNYA MELAYANI KESALAHPAHAMAN DENGAN MEMPERHATIKAN KEBENARAN DENGAN KOMUNIKASI YANG ETIS, BENAR DAN TEPAT KUALITAS DENGAN MEMPERHATIKAN REALISASI DARI TUJUAN DENGAN SDM, MATERIAL YANG DISEDIAKAN, SARANA/PRASARANA, DANA, WAKTU.
