Project Tasks Project kickoff with City Assess the district & determine desired building form Develop the regulating plan & 3-D model Develop draft of overlay district standards Review draft(s) with Overlay Advisory Committee & Planning Commission Planning Commission public hearing Revise draft and finalize overlay district Forward overlay district to City Council for adoption
