PURPOSES: As stated in the letter of appointment • Promote the SATURATION CHALLENGE of the PGCAG through strategic church planting in cities, towns and barangays. • Promote the PLANT ANOTHER CHURCH program by organizing church planting teams in all PGCAG local churches • Organize NATIONWIDE SOS MOBILIZATION of church members and credential holders

  4. SATURATION CHALLENGE: • A vision to see an AG Church planted in every City, town, and Barangay in the Philippines. • Specific goal: 2020 new church plants by 2020.

  5. Actions • Launch intensive information campaign to inform and motivate for church planting. Methods: Printed materials, Media, Website, Creative Arts, Music, Saturation Challenge Seminars and Conferences • Build an exhaustive data of `where we are not’ and `where we should be’. Sources: District files, Philippine Challenge Data Base • Make priority list of target cities and towns.

  6. PLANT ANOTHER CHURCH • Every member church of our movement will plant another church. Every local church organize and mobilize a Church Planting Team (CPT) • Action: Key move is to `Empower the Local Church’ An empowered church is healthy and alive, worshipping the Lord, loving one another, filled with the Spirit, evangelizing the lost, occupying the town or city by multiplication of churches in every populated area.

  7. Features of an Empowered Church: • Clarity, return to original purpose of the Church on earth • Sharpen focus of activities and programs to church planting • Apply priesthood of every believer, ordinary believers trained and mobilized for ministry • Pastors and leaders take role of equippers, commit to motivate, train and mobilize • Emphasis on Pentecostal power, spiritual militancy, moving in the miraculous and supernatural. • Structured church for church planting • Builds Church Planting Culture

Methods/Programs: Approach: Build up, empower, organize, mobilize! • Provide equipping tools for pastors • Pentecost Meetings • Spiritual Warfare Seminars • Organizing church planting teams • Church Planting Rallies • Provide vehicles to build church planting culture: Social network for Church Planting Enthusiasts

  9. NATIONWIDE SOS MOBILIZATION • Church Planting through SOS serve as OJT in church planting both for church members (particularly the CPT members of local churches) and credential holders. District, sections Bible schools serve as facilitators. Partners here and abroad, missionaries enlisted to partner with us. • Goal for 2013: 100 new church plants

Actions: • An annual Church Planting Time Frame. • Nationwide Promotion and Enlistment • Work with Districts through Home Missions Directors for the following SOS mobilization essentials: • Target places, city/town • Trained church planters • Team of Volunteers (Local Church Volunteers, Members of the Church Planting Teams) • Training Host • Training Team • Termed Financial Support for New Church • Build a pool of church planters • Build a pool of trained leaders and trainers • Enlist partners

COLLABORATION WITH DEPARTMENTS AND OTHER COMISSIONS: • For prayer and intercession and Pentecost meetings - Pentecostal Prayer and Renewal Commission • For documentation and publication - Historical Commission, Publication Department • For volunteer recruitment, support manpower - Men’s Ministry Department, Women’s Ministry Department, Youth Department • For ads and promo, tracts - Media department • For raising up church planters - District and regional Bible Schools • For procurement of supplies, Bibles, food, medicines and vitamins – Partners and partner agencies
